Positive: Very clean property and excellent rooms! The staff was exceptional and the care given since the moment we stepped in was commendable. This is equivalent to a proper luxury stay relative to the price! We reached earlier than our given check in time but the staff ensured that we had our breakfast and remained comfortable. They even customized some cute messages in each and every room and that attention to detail was just wonderful. It was my dad’s birthday on the last day of our stay and they decorated the room by the time we came back from our dinner. Again, extremely thoughtful. I only have positive things to say about this property and the service we got here. We are definitely coming back here if we ever visit Goa again. Special mention to Ashok who ensured everything was perfect from the beginning. Other staff Chinmay and Sangram, were very quick with their services.
Negative: Temporary thing, but there was some construction work going in the access road to this property so coming in and going out was a little bit of an issue. But I’m sure this would be resolved soon.
Summary: Absolutely perfect. Zero complaints.
